Peter O’Kennedy’s work includes video, installation, performance and photography. He graduated with a Masters in Visual Arts Practice from IADT, Dublin, Ireland, in 2008. He moved from Dublin to New York in 2013. His most recent solo exhibition, Over and Over, showed at Sardine Gallery, Brooklyn, New York in May 2016. Recent group shows include a three person show at Kim Foster Gallery, New York, 2014; The Trip, curated by Ryan Bevilacqua, Loft 594 Gallery, New York, 2013; Future Perfect, curated by Jim Ricks, at the Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery, Dublin, 2012; Sounds Like Architecture, curated by Michel DeWilde, Belgium, September 2011, and What Happens Next is a Secret, curated by Marguerite O’Molloy, Irish Museum of Modern Art, April 2010.
